First (assessment) consultation
First meeting. We explore the request, your history and where to start. No commitment to continue — just an honest conversation.
DIETITIAN-NUTRITIONIST · EATING DISORDERS, DISORDERED EATING & WEIGHT
I help people step out of the tension around food and rebuild a living, steady connection with their body — without rigid rules or guilt.
WHO IT IS FOR
Many people spend years trying diets, calorie-counting apps, social-media advice, fasting and challenges — and return to the same starting point each time, more tired and with less self-trust.
I work with people who want to step out of this loop for good — not through more willpower, but through a better understanding of themselves.
WHAT I WORK WITH
None of these situations is a character weakness or a lack of motivation. They are signals that can and should be worked with.
Reviewing whether weight loss is actually needed, working with body image, sustainable change without diets — at the pace of your life (including post-partum).
Overeating; eating driven by stress, fatigue, anxiety or boredom rather than physical hunger.
Fear of “wrong” foods, constant control, cycles of restriction and tension at the table or in company.
Difficulty recognising hunger: emotions, habits and hormonal shifts disguise themselves as appetite.
Eating disorders at early or marked stages: anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, compulsive overeating, ARFID, orthorexia, anxious rituals around food.
Doubts about whether your diet is balanced, a wish to change your eating habits for the long run.
MY APPROACH
I rely on current evidence from nutrition science, the psychology of eating and eating-disorder research. My approach is gentle and caring: I help you become your own “nutritionist for yourself”, learn to listen to your body and build steady habits.
HOW IT WORKS
We clarify the request, explore your situation and frame the work together.
We define the direction of the work together, fitted to your life and pace.
Weekly sessions. We work on the topics that matter right now — gradually and sustainably.
Between-session work to anchor new eating habits.
ABOUT
dietitian-nutritionist, weight management and psychology of eating
I am at the beginning of my professional path, but I have already earned certification in nutrition and eating disorders and trained with leading international specialists. I study evidence-based psychotherapy protocols for eating disorders (including CBT-E and FBT) and plan to train as a psychologist specialising in eating disorders.
My work is grounded in respect for the person and their experience — no judgement, no “right” or “wrong” answers. I draw on current evidence to help you find ease with food, a sense of safety and lasting change.

QUESTIONS
Yes. Many of the people I work with have never received a formal diagnosis, and that is normal. Discomfort, anxiety around food and a sense of losing control are a real experience that deserves attention, whether or not there is a medical label for it.
No. I don’t prescribe strict meal plans by grams and timers. My work is to help you reconnect with your body, recognise hunger and fullness signals and build a relationship with food that does not require constant control.
We meet once a week by video, each session lasts 50 minutes. Between sessions you keep a food diary (if we agree to it), receive between-session work and can ask questions. This keeps the work continuous.
It is very individual. Some people notice the first shifts after 2–3 sessions. For lasting changes in the relationship with food and the body, 8 to 16 weeks is typical. Severe eating-disorder care often requires a multidisciplinary team over a year or more. Importantly: this is not a quick result that comes with an inevitable relapse, but real long-term work that lets you normalise your eating, your relationship with your body and your ability to handle difficult moments on your own.
My focus: excess weight (including post-partum), disordered eating, food anxiety, eating disorders.
When it is genuinely indicated, yes. Without diets, without restriction, and at the pace of your life.
In some situations — especially with more severe eating disorders — parallel work with a psychotherapist is very valuable. I bring it up openly and, when needed, help set up multidisciplinary care. It is not a precondition for starting our work.
You don’t have to be ready for everything at once. Just show up — we will work out together where to start.
